Bachata Sensual Korke & Judith method 基礎編

Bachata sensual 創始者Korke & Judithのメソッドでレッスン致します。
第三週目1/16（木）はBachata Sensualを踊る上で必須の原理や単体技をいくつかピックアップ。
これをシャッフルしてパズルの様に組み合わせて自分のルーティンに組み立てて行きましょう。
基本原理とコンセプトを知る事で踊り方の幅が無限に広がります。
センシュアルスタイルの入り口になる基礎を学びたい方、復習してみたい方、
オンライン受講などで感覚の掴めない方にもおススメです！
基礎編はフレームや引き上げ、体重移動の感覚を正確に掴んで貰う為に、講師陣もサークルに入って皆さんと一緒に踊って行きます

レッスン後は参加者だけのミニソーシャル練習タイム付きです。
インストラクターとも踊って頂けますので、その日のレッスンの復習にお使い下さい。
皆様にバランス良くレッスンを受けて頂ける様予約制と致しますので参加表明又はEri にDMにてご予約下さい

Every third Thursday of the month is Bachata Sensual Basics
We will thoroughly explain the individual techniques of the Bachata Sensual style and build up variations.
Let’s all strengthen our basic skills together.

Bachata Sensual Korke & Judith method Basics

We will teach using the method of Bachata sensual founders Korke & Judith.
On the third week, Thursday, Jan 16th, we will pick up some essential principles and individual techniques for dancing Bachata Sensual.
Shuffle these and combine them like a puzzle to create your own routine.
Knowing the basic principles and concepts will expand the range of ways to dance infinitely.
Recommended for those who want to learn the basics that are the entrance to the sensual style, those who want to review,
and those who can’t get a feel for it through online classes!
In the basic course, the instructors will join the circle and dance with you so that you can accurately grasp the feeling of the frame, lifting, and weight transfer

After the lesson, there will be a mini social practice time for participants only.
You can dance with the instructor, so please use it to review the lesson of the day.
We will be using a reservation system so that everyone can receive a balanced lesson, so please confirm your participation or make a reservation by DMing Eri
